Hopefully an easy one that someone can help with. I record live any DJ sets I make with the APC40 and then export the audio into a wav file. If I want to upload this to a site I look to convert this to MP3 using Switch, but the overall sound level is very low.

What do other people do and any suggestions to get the best quality? Cheers.

i've started doing a guestmix on Essex FM/Sine FM and for my rendered wav file i set the best mp3 settings on itunes then converted it through that, good job, suitable for playing on a radio station afro

Sorry to be obtuse, but how exactly do I render it, just drag it across? Where does the completed file go?

when you create the mp3 file what kbps are you setting it too? and for what? if for people to download set it at 192kbps so its the same as a standard cd, for broadcasting i'd probably try to keep it around 128kbps, thats about the max you can really get away with, but you really do lose a lot of sound quality to it. me personally, i tend to make them at 320 kbps and then ship out to friends that way so they can decide what they want to do with it.
