Sends & Returns Empty Sends & Returns

Hi everyone.. i have a question about the sends and return tracks.. Problem is when i drop an effect on return track, and then i turn it up by using SEND A or B knobs it makes the master volume higher.. Does enyone have a solution for this???

The invert utility trick??

Place a utility in a rack on your return channel and create a second chai n that includes your effect.....

SOlo the chain that has the utility in it and reverse the phaze with the left and right buttons, now play with the volume of this chain until the original audio your sending the return disapears.....

Then you'll only have your effected audio without a raise of the overall volume as you increase the send...
