Hey chaps,

Been mucking about with my APC40 for a couple of months now and looking for a decent (not too complicated) DJ template as opposed in using the factory default layout. Really good EQ is paramount as the in built 3EQ is far too harsh.

Can anyone help?

ps I don't want to use Traktor with it, I have my Vestax VCI100 SE for that :-)

take a look at Will Marshall's template for the APC40. It's the best, and no fuss.

If you're looking for something a bit more advanced, check out Darren Cowley's Isotonik series of Max 4 Live devices. They're epic as well.

I have both and use both with my APC 40 with no issue
