PLease please help!! just got my new apc but haev no sound output with asio???

i have added the apc on the midi tab and the apc is launching clips and working fine but i have no sound output. i have a realtak audio driver and asio4all output has a red cross on output which i cant get rid of - i have no other programmes open but cannot get oit to work - any ideas??? please help

Is there any available outputs? Have you change the master to the correct output?
