Warped Tracks from PC to Mac

I have a bunch of warped tracks and have just copied them across to my macbook. Half of them open up warped, the other half dont? It is an older version of Ableton (V5), but dont understand why some of them are ok? Anyone?

might be something to do with updating quicktime

edit:-you'll have problems going backwards through versions of live regardless of the operating system, very annoying
