APC40 Monome Emulator

I did a search and couldnt find anything, but has anyone been able to get the APC40 monome emulator to work completely? Im having issues with Molar and the slider not working. Im not to familiar with monome's so im a little lost. But to anyone that has got it to work, did you install all the files need for a monome? so like the FTDI drivers, monomeserial, LiveOSC etc. I only installed the monome emulator and ran the max patch in conjunction with molar. I get can molar to work sort of but I cannot get the tracks to stop once they have been activated. and I can not get the sliders to work at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
