APC 40 Midi Mapping Problems..Emergency!!!Please!!!

Hi guys,
I have problems about midi mapping. First of all I couldn't assign the ''launch clip'' when I press the buttons on the first area all aff them works as a'' select clip'' I have also problem with shift button. The last thing is the second biggest problem;I couldn't save the template.How to save it. I watched the lessons but I couldn't find ''save current set as template ''
Is there anybody who can help me in emergency??

Hi man,

You need to open the preferences of Live and you'll find the save set as template option....

You might have to explain a bit the other problems such as the shift key? As i dont understand...
