General Settings for MIDI Sync & MIDI Ports needed !

Hi@all,

please help me, I´ve got some problems with my general settings - using Ableton Live7.

Which settings do I have to set correctly, because my APC40 isn´t pre-setted as a device in 1st row.
Do I have to choose "none", "remotesl", or which selection?
Which difference makes the Sync-Typ "Midi-Clock" or "Midi-Timecode" for APC40 use?

Can someone please explain me the best settings below to work with my new APC40.
