How do you erase clips with the APC40?

just got my APC today and still exploring, everything looks straightforward exept that i can't find a way to erase or better empty a slot/clip i asume this is possible
does someone know the answer?

I don't think you can delete a clip with the matrix.
Maybe try using a program like bome midi translator if that function is important to you.
